Remnant Vegetation Survey

The road from Hoskinstown to Rossi in the Molonglo High Plains was surveyed back in 1994 in a number of sections. The sections sometimes encompass a range of different environments.

The results are presented for each section in two charts:

·         a summary chart: this provides an overall assessment for the section for both the left and right side of the road; and

·         a symbolic map of the section.

The symbolic map is intended for ease of use rather than as a map of the area. The heavy line down the center of the chart indicates the road without bends. The map is read down the page (ie, assuming that you are coming from Rossi towards Hoskinstown). It is the mirror image of a normal map and is not to scale.
